Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned safety gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
